Hello hello CollabClub!! Christmas is coming up and like last year we shall be having a Secret Santa Event!!!

Sign-Ups start today until the 18th. So that gives everyone 2 weeks to decide if they want to participate this year.

A few things are different this year though. 10 person minimum for the event to go on. Meaning 10 people need to sign up for the event to happen.

Also I need someone willing to volunteer to make gifts in case someone is unable to finish their gift this year. I usually do it myself but you know just in case Im unable too, Ill need someone willing to help. ^_^

This is exactly what the title says. We are gonna have a Secret Santa Event!!

Now for those who dont know, Secret Santa on DA is a bit different than real life. Instead of buying gifts, we draw them!
Just comment below if you would like to be a apart of the Secret Santa event and link me the Journal with your Wish List.

 
Any media is fine. Digital or traditional. Bases are allowed but I encourage completely original work. But if its what youre most comfortable with then go ahead but please, please dont half do it. No 10 minutes MS Paint pieces. That applies to other medias as well. Its a gift to a fellow member. Dont just throw something together, please. ^_^  

 
There will be a 2 week sign up period. Nov 18th will be the deadline to sign up but I will take late entries if there are enough members for the next week. Within that week I will be pairing everyone with a random generator.And you will know your person by the 25th.  Dont tell who you have! Its a secret! XD

 
I will be approving your Secret Santa gifts on the 24th of December. The folder will be opened for submissions on the 20th but I wont approve them until the 24th and that would be when you contact your recipient about their gift! If you need to give them their gift sooner thats fine, I understand.

 
Your Wish List is due by Nov 25th but sooner would be better!  Just link it in the comments below and Ill add it by your name on the Entries List.

Promote the group in any way (ex: putting it in your journal entry, mentioning it in your signature, etc.)

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER:
Submit a journal entry with your Wishlist. NOTE: You are only allowed to request 1-2 characters in a picture from your Secret Santa.
 If you want to get a present, YOU MUST GIVE ONE AS WELL. If you wont be able to give your gift PLEASE let me know ASAP so I can remove you and pair the other with someone else.
In your wishlist, provide a reference to the character you are requesting. It's a tedious task for your Secret Santa to go through your gallery, or google your person. If no reference be detailed as possible with what you want. All characters are allowed. Oc's, anime, movie, book, comic, manga, etc.
You are allowed to list as many characters as you want. However, like the aforementioned stated, your Secret Santa will only be picking the one they want to do.
Put some effort into your work.  PLEASE!!

If you do not get a present from your Secret Santa a week after Christmas, please tell me so I can make you one myself. But only ask if you yourself have given your person a present.
